Karla Barbosa joined the Cristo Rey family in March 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Spanish, and Pre-Law from the University of the Pacific and obtained her Master of Education in Educational Business Administration. During her time in college, she took it upon herself to immerse herself in everything the university had to offer. She joined Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority and the League of United Latin American Citizens. She also joined a program called White Roses as Chair and Facilitator. This program focused on mentoring 7th and 8th-grade girls at Cleveland Elementary. After graduation,  Karla worked for Migrant Education as Lead Supervisor for a Tutor-Mentor program that helped serve over 100 children in the Stockton area. As a migrant student herself, she loves to give back to her community and help them excel in their education. Karla has two little boys and is happily married.

My name is Ximena Ledesma, and I joined Cristo Rey High School back in 2021 as a front desk associate. In October 2023, I became part of the Admissions Department as the new Admissions Coordinator. I’m currently in school at Sacramento City College, majoring in criminal justice, and planning on transferring to Sacramento State. Working in a Catholic environment has helped me grow so much in various aspects of life. I love helping the community and giving back. I’m beyond happy to be part of this amazing community.
